• Reservations by phone are always mandatory (1-877-867-1660 or 1-418-867-1660) . RESERVATIONS START ON 4 APRIL 2022 from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.

• The full payment must be made when completing reservation.

• Diner inspired from regional cuisine. You will select your main dish upon reservation. The menu varies with the seasonal availability of the products but but you can look at a preview as a foretaste.

• Access to Pot du Phare trails once the birds have completed nesting in early July.
• Lighthouse tower available at all times.

• Cancellations made 7 days or less after booking will receive 100% refund less a $35 fee (plus taxes).
• Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance of the location of a room at the Lighthouse will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance of the location will not be refunded.
• Payments not refunded can be converted into a donation upon request by email and an official receipt will be issued for all donations over $25. Alternatively, they can be converted into a credit for the following year but will not be converted into a donation nor reported for future use if unused.
• Modification made 7 days or less after booking and that does not affect the value of a contract (ex. dates) is accepted with no charge. Otherwise, a $20 fee (plus taxes) is charged.
• Modification that upgrades the value of a contract (ex. addition of visitors, prolongation of the stay) is accepted without charge depending on availability.
• Modification that reduces the value of a contract (ex. partial cancellation) is treated according to the cancellation and refund policy.
• Clients who decided by themselves to leave earlier or to shorten their stay will not be refunded nor offered a credit.

• Three rooms with double bed.
• Maximum of six persons or three couples.
• Children less than 10 years old are not allowed.
• Sink in every room.
• Shared upstairs bathroom.
• Smoking is not allowed within the lighthouse.
• The dining table is shared by all occupants.
• You can bring your own wine.
• The entire lighthouse can be reserved for an exclusive use at a higher rate.
• One-night package, but with possibility to reserve for another night.
• Departure time depends on tide and will be communicated upon reservation.
• Maximum of 1 piece of luggage per person. The boat crew may request reduction in volume, weight or number of transported luggage.
• Telescope available for observing marine birds.
• Provide for warm and comfortable clothing (wind-proof coat, polar, raincoat) and hiking boots.

You will be allowed to roam freely over Île du Pot-du-Phare only once the birds have finished nesting in late July. Few clearly marked areas will not be accessible until then. In addition, access to neighboring Gros and Petit Pot islands remains prohibited at all times.
